We are proud to announce the official launch of Loam House, the final building in our sophisticated bayside precinct, also home to Pavilion Green and Sea & Sky.

We celebrated the launch of this stunning collection of apartments with an elegant event held on Saturday 22 February at the on-site Loam House display suite.

Guests enjoyed the opportunity to explore Loam House’s vast floorplans and premium finishes while enjoying drinks, woodfired pizzas, and private tours through completed apartments within the precinct.

We unveiled the breathtaking Loam House artwork by Antoinette Ferwerda alongside the custom-made lobby sculpture by Pietro Giordano, with the artists in attendance to celebrate the first viewing of each art piece.
